Our Discovery Values

In April 2022 Discovery's entire Leadership team came together to discuss and articulate our core values. Everyone had the opportunity to share their community's priorities, so that together we could determine our united path forward - not only the journey we want to go on with our teams and our families, but how we want to be on that journey.

We are now so excited to share with you our Discovery Values.

Our Discovery Values determine our priorities.

Our values shape the culture of our organisation, they are the core of what we believe in, what we want for ourselves, from our lives and for our workplaces.

Our values make clear what we hold important and outline the behaviours that align with these beliefs.

Discovery team members are held accountable to these values, as they are used to guide our journey as an organisation and to empower people to make a difference.
