Sarah Hinds

Sarah has been in the Early Childhood Sector for over 14 years and is committed to supporting the provision of high quality education and care for children in our service’s communities. Her experience has included many years as a Director in Tasmania, and most recently in multi-site management in Victoria.

Sarah holds a Diploma of Children’s Services and applies a coaching approach to supporting service leaders and educators. She believes that this empowers teams with effective decision-making skills and facilitates continuous growth.

Every child deserves the best start to life, and Sarah understands the importance of the early years and the difference a positive early learning experience can have on their success in school and life.

Outside of work she values spending time on adventures with her young family, experiencing new places and activities together.
