School Holidays and Vacation Care

Discovery's vacation care runs in the school holidays at many of our locations across the state. Vacation care caters for children from Kinder to Grade 6. Educators collaborate with children to provide play and leisure opportunities that are meaningful to them and support their wellbeing, learning and development. We also run a very exciting Adventure Vacation Care program. Adventure Vacation Care is for children aged 9-13years old, it is a smaller program as we go on longer excursions and is designed to cater for adventurous, thrill seeking children! The Southern Adventure Vacation Care program runs from our Sacred Heart centre in New Town, Hobart. Or Northern Adventure Vacation care program runs out of our Kookaburra Junction OSHC service in Burnie. Contact details can be found under the Locations section on our website.

Your child must be enrolled with Discovery and have a current online enrolment form to attend vacation care.
