Montello
Montello Outside School Hours Care offers After School Care, operating from Montello Primary School. Our After School Care services is an inviting and welcoming environment offering a program that is responsive to the interests and needs of school age children.
Before School Care is available from Milpara OSHC at Burnie Primary. We have a service bus available to collect children from the Milpara Before School Care program and deliver them to Montello Primary.
Vacation Care is available during school holidays at both Kookaburra Junction at Stella Maris or Milpara OSHC at Burnie Primary.
Meals
Our service provides afternoon tea for children attending After School Care. Our menu is designed to take into account children’s likes, dislikes and special dietary requirements, using Move Well Eat Well recommendations.
Transport
Montello has a bus service available, if you require assistance with transport, please speak with the Coordinator.
Discovery Early Learning Centres is accredited with the Tasmanian Department of Transportation as a public passenger vehicle service.

Kate has her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and has been a part of the team at Discovery for 2 years, with a further 5 years experience working in Outside of School Hours Care. Kate enjoys working with children, watching them learn new skills and knowledge as they grow and gain independence.

CoordinatorNicole Rapp
Nicole has returned to Tasmania after working in Kalgoorlie, WA, for the last 9 years. Nicole has a strong passion for the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, and is excited to take on the role of the Burnie OSHC Coordinator with such a wonderful team - looking forward to the fun and exciting challenges ahead! Outside of work Nicole is settling back into life in Tasmania with her young daughter.
