October School Holiday Fun

Hands full, but heart also full. School holidays always present a bit more of a juggle with the work-life madness, but equally, it’s a chance to have a bit more space, to go a bit slower, and to have some more day-to-day fun away from routine. Really, they are all that truly matter.

The Contented Child

Our Vacation Care programs are now live, and we can't wait to welcome children for another exciting school holiday adventure!

Operating across the North West Coast, Launceston, and Greater Hobart, Discovery Vacation Care is designed for school-aged children from Kinder to Year 6. Each program is developed in partnership with children, ensuring the holidays are filled with the experiences and adventures they enjoy most.

From creative arts and crafts to exciting excursions, science experiments, outdoor exploration, games, and special themed days, our programs provide opportunities for children to connect with friends, build confidence, discover new interests, and most importantly, have fun.

School holidays should be a time to relax, play, create, and explore in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every child feels they belong.

Enrolment and Bookings

Children must be enrolled with Discovery Early Learning Centres to attend Vacation Care. Places are limited and can only be confirmed once your service's Vacation Care Booking Sheet has been submitted.
