Early Learning Centres - Alexander Beetle House

Alexander Beetle House is an Early Learning and Child Care Centre located in Alexander Street, Burnie. You can find us situated between the Autism Specific Early Learning and Care Centre (ASELCC) and the Burnie Public Library.

The service provides a caring learning environment for children aged 0-5 years. Children feel safe, secure and nurtured in the warm, home like atmosphere.

The service provides engaging, challenging and motivating child care and early learning programs based on the children’s interests and stages of development.

The service also offers a Pre Kindergarten program that is carefully designed by our professional educators who draw from a range of early childhood educational theories and practice. This program is designed to ensure that children have the best possible start to school, socially, emotionally and developmentally.

Alexander Beetle House Early Learning Centre has strong connections with the local community, a supportive and cooperative relationship with the ASELCC and provides opportunities for children to grow and learn in an environment that creates a sense of belonging. The caring, nurturing environment of Alexander Beetle House Early Learning Centre allows staff to form strong bonds with families and the children in their care.

Alexander Beetle House Early Learning Centre is open between 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
